5 methods to workout without any equipment

When it comes to training and put you in a good shape fast, there are always excuses. Most of them are related to equipment, specifically the lack of it.

Well, I suggest five ways to quickly train without equipment or with minimal equipment.

Without further ado, let us proceed with 5 methods to workout without any equipment:

1 Countdown. Choose your favorite exercise and count down from 10 repetitions to 1 rep. Specifically, 55 repetitions. View this article. You can choose any exercise and use the same method. Such exercises are mostly used by the guys who workout in parks, you know what I mean, calisthenics, right?

2 Train like an animal. Most of you have used these exercises in childhood: riding dwarf, bear crawling, walking Cancer. Come on, we know them. These childish exercises, no matter how silly they may seem, if you try them, you will see that they are heavier than there were back in childhood, and they will strengthen the muscles.

3 Use a deck of cards or dice. It’s a classic method, but it works. Draw a card from the deck and the number that shows up will be the number of repetitions. Or just use the dice.

4 Pyramidal series. Excellent for exercises with weights, but they are perfect for training with your own body weight. Choose a hard position, do a maximum number of repetitions to exhaustion, then immediately switch to a more light one and subtract the number of reps.

5 Blurpees – this is the latest invention in the fitness/wellness industry, based on body weight workouts. You will need a chinup bar. The principle is quite simple: do Burpee, followed by a chinup. This is a rep. Perform as many repetitions as you can.
