You make a great point that it releases endorphins and helps you to be less stressed. Also, the fact that it provides better sleep is great because my son has a hard time falling asleep at night.

  2. My dad recently took up golf, and I think it is a great way to stay in shape at any age. Like you pointed out, the walking and cardio you do are great for your heart and cholesterol levels. He is moving soon and looking for a house that is close to a golf course so he can go more often.
