1/2 cup pureed prunes

1tbsp softened margarine

1/2 tsp almond extract

2 eggs white

1 egg

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup allspice (ground)

1/4 tsp salt

1tbsp fat-free or skimmed milk

1. First you need to pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and coat the pan with a low-fat cooking spray

2. Use an electric mixer and beat the sugar with prune puree, margarine, both the almond and vanilla extract for 2 minutes. Beat in egg whites and eggs for 1 minute.

3. Use a separate bowl to combine the flour, baking powder, allspice, and salt.  Add the prune mixture with milk and fully combine the ingredients.

4. Now put the batter into the coated pan and bake for 1 hour until the toothpick comes out clean.

5. Give 15 minutes to get the pan completely cool down. You can also use a wire rack to cool it properly.

If you want to get the additional flavor, you should top this pound cake with fresh prunes and whipped cream that comes with the reduced fat.

Diet Cola Cake:

This is a typical south Indian special delicacy and diet cola is used to sweeten and expand the ingredients.

1. 18 oz packaged chocolate cake mix

2. Diet cola: 1 can

First, you should spray the cake pan with low-fat cooking spray and use a large bowl to mix the cola with the cake mix and use at least 30 strokes and finally pour the mixture into the pan and bake according to the procedure written on the package.

Baked Apple Cake:

It is a very traditional holiday treat and uses delicious apples to get the best result.

Take four fresh apples and wash the apples properly. Make sure the apples are seeded and cores removed in a perfect manner and the wholes of the apples should be about an inch wide.

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Chopped pecans 3 tbsp

1 tsp margarine

2/3 cups of boiling water

Use a small bowl and mix the pecans, cinnamons, raisins, and sugar. Place the apples in the baking pan and fill each apple with the mixture that you made in a small bowl. Use dot margarine to top the apples.

Now pour boiling water into the baking pan and keep baking at the temperature of 375 degrees of Fahrenheit and make sure you are not over-baking the apples or else the apples will become too soft to eat.

Remove the apples from the oven and pour pan juices over the apples for a few times.
