As I always say and as probably you already know, beside a smart workout, the nutrition is very important.
In this article I’ll show you 3 simple ways to eat healthier. I’ll go straight to their listing and explanations without further ado.
1.Smaller portions. It’s very easy to control the portion sizes. I wrote a lot about it in my book “The path to perfect abs”. In short: the garnish must fit inside your palm, the roast should be as big as your palm (length, width and thickness), the dessert (which is preferable to be a fruit) must be as big as your closed fist.
2.Fill your plate with the colors of nature. I always recommend you to eat more seasonal fruits and vegetables. These are full of antioxidants, fibers, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. The more colorful is your plate with these wonders of nature, the more your body will look and be healthier.
3.Eat balanced, regular and healthy. I always recommend to my clients the 5 finger rule: 3 main meals and 2 secondary snacks between them. It is very important that these meals are regular, every day at the same time.
