I will be running it with Andreea Tina, a highly regarded Health Coach and body transformation/Fat Loss specialist, best known for her tough and challenging workouts.
According to Andreea, living a balanced life is the foundation for achieving performance and results.
Born in Romania, her journey began as gymnast, having been coached by the world’s leading teachers. She always felt an inherent connection to fitness, but battled a family concern about her career and went on to study for a masters in Marketing after completing a degree in Economics.
Being a strong believer that life is about following your dreams and passions she returned to an active life through fitness modelling and became a certified trainer.
When somebody is looking for a personal trainer, qualifications and experience are essential. Since starting work in some of the most prestigious London gyms, Andreea has increased her areas of expertise by continuously studying and attending the best courses including nutrition and functional medicine, which means she can bring the most current knowledge available to her consultancy/training work with clients.
Andreea has single-handedly been responsible for reshaping many of her client’s bodies. She has always been able show and emphasize the central role the mind plays in determining success or failure in achieving the desired results.
Andreea is full of passion and dedication for all aspects of health and optimising body composition and her workouts are creative, innovative and unconventional.
She is developing personalised programs tailored to her client’s needs, and is very committed helping them achieve their goals, measuring transformation and maintaining motivation.
Being a results based Coach, who practices what she preaches, Andreea continues to spread her passion for health, fitness and performance.

Your transformation will start before your arrival to Predeal (from the moment you signed up). A comprehensive health assessments will identify any health concernsand offer individual nutritional advice. This gives you a benchmark starting point where we’ll begin to cleanse & fuel you body, ready for the retreat. We support you in every part of this journey which is why we offer meal plans and lifestyle education to take home with you so that you can integrate what you have learnt into your everyday life. Post bootcamp support consultations are offered 4 to 8 weeks after you return home to ensure longlasting results.

The schedule will vary with different activities and will blend challenging workouts with rest, relaxation and learning. Below is an example day:
7:30 AM: wake
7:45 AM: herbal teas and refreshments
8:00 AM: Fasted Cardio
8:45 AM: Breakfast
11:45 AM: Resistance/metcon or bodyweight training
1:15 PM: Lunch with post workout alkaline juice
2:30 PM – 5:00 PM – free time/ consultations or q&a
5:30PM: Detox Smoothie
6:00 PM: Stretches/Yoga
8:30PM: Relax, enjoy a sauna therapy, aromatherapy bath or snuggle up with a great book
