5 Easy Workouts

For quick weight loss, all you have to do is to give that one hour of your busy schedule to these below mentioned 5 exercises. These are most effective if done on regular basis. Start with reps of 5 each, increase the reps as you build your stamina and reach up to 50 reps each in a period of 15 days to see the positive results.

  1. Crunches: Crunches are the basic tool to burn belly fat at the highest speed if done correctly and with variations. To do it, you need to lie down on the mat with your back straight. Lift your legs up with the knees on the angle of 90 degrees. Inhale as you bring your upper body up and exhale as you take it down on the mat. Keep your hands under your head or cross them over your shoulders. Repeat this 5 times as a beginner for a set of 2 or 3.  Various variations include twist crunches, side crunches, reverse crunches and vertical leg crunches.
  2. Bicycle Exercise: You do not require a still or any kind of bicycle to do this exercise. You just need a floor and a mat. Lie down on your back; keep your hands behind your neck or on your sides. Now raise your knees in 90 degree angle and start as you paddle the bicycle. First bring the right knee inwards and extend the left leg outwards, in the air, straight. Then do the visa versa. Repeat 10 times, take a rest for 10 second and repeat is all over.
  3. Running: Running helps you maintain your stamina, check your metabolism rate and burn calories, making you fit. In case you can’t fix a daily workout routine, stick to running for a while.
  4. Plank: Plank is a wholesome exercise. It works on your core, back, legs, forearms and muscle strength. Lie on your stomach, straight. Then inhale and lift your body up on your elbows and toes, holding in a plank position. Hold for maximum time and then exhale and bring your body down. Repeat is for 3-4 times for a beginner. Eventually, exceed the holding time from maybe 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
  5. Rolling Exercise: For this exercise, you have to bring your knees in front you, in a sitting position. Hold your ankles and start rolling. Inhale as you roll backwards, balance on your tailbone for a few seconds, never letting your feet touch the mat and exhale as you come forward.

All these exercises are to lift the extra weight in your belly and make you look 5 years younger to your age. They work towards maintaining a strong core and stamina in your body along with quick weight loss.

Diet Plan

Dieting is as important as working out. If you don’t see what you eat, workout loses its essence. You must know how much calories your body needs, how much you are burning and how much you are in taking. You need to detoxify your body at regular intervals to help strengthen your immune system.
