2. Mountain climber. It’s simple: you sit in pushup position, focus on the abdominal muscles and start to execute a movement as if you climb something. Bend your right knee and bring it toward your left shoulder, but without the help of the waist, keep a few seconds the position, then back to starting point and repeat for the other leg. That’s a complete repetition. Execute 10 such repetitions. See the picture below for description.
Do 3 sets of this exercise.
3. Chin ups with knees raise combo. You get the pull-up bar with palms facing towards you. Do a complete chin-up, at the same time raise your knees toward your chest. Keep the final position a few seconds, then slowly lower to the starting position. See the picture below for description.
Do 8 reps for 4 sets.
