When it comes to gains, everybody wants them, but not a lot of peeps want to pay a fortune. Some work really hard, but still no money for good food and lots of supplements.
Who does not want a beautiful and aesthetic body? Who does not want that now? If it were possible, even to do nothing and to wake up overnight with a muscular body and handsome :)). There are several variants … be working for that body or pay for it …

Let’s talk a little about how to get some gains while on a budget. Everyone knows that nutrition is important and that eating healthy and balanced is the key to a healthy and beautiful body. Sure, combined with workouts done properly, proper rest and everything to be on point.
Today I want to talk a little about how to eat with little money, to increase muscle mass. It’s not that expensive to eat healthy if you know where to look and how you plan everything …
Lokk up to the markets for seasonal foods, possibly for frozen food (fruit / vegetables) searching for optimal variants in protein-rich foods. With a little organization u can achieve your goal and get calories u need without having to break the piggy bank for this.
I leave you below a few ideas on how to get your true gains on a low budget!

A) Buy cheap protein – and I’m not talking about supplements, I do not mean miserable powders on the market! I talk about protein-rich food, but very ok as price. Eggs are handy, chicken, cheeses …
B) Purchase supermarket’s own brand – namely, to look in supermarkets’ for own brands shops. They are the same in terms of nutrients, but ok more like super good price than products marketed and over-valued in terms of trade.
C) Eat more vegetables, particularly green – they are cheap and good. They are excellent sources of protein, especially fiber that helps enormously when it comes to balanced diet and good bowel movements. They will give u a feeling of satiety for longer time.
D) Pick your good carbohydrates – you need to watch what you eat and how you eat carbohydrates. Overall ok sources of carbs are pretty cheap. Sweet potato, normal ones, vegetables, rice – are good sources of carbohydrates and are cheap!

E) Look for the best supplements. Here’s a longer discussion, but I will shorten it slightly. Not everything expensive is good. Not everything cheap is good.
