Trim up your waistline in just two weeks with one simple exercise

Summer is  here way and many of us are looking forward to putting on our swimsuits and heading to the beach. This is usually the time of year when we start evaluating the effect the long winter has had on our bodies —  are we still carrying a few extra pounds after all that Christmas feasting and Easter chocolate? Well, if you do feel the need to trim up a bit before the summer comes, here is a great, simple exercise you can do for a few minutes every day…

Look how easy it is:

Take a fitness stick or, if you don’t have one, a normal towel. The only thing you have to do is draw a figure eight with your body while keeping your legs firmly in place. Try to keep your hips balanced and don’t let them move too much.

Start by performing the exercise for 1 to 2 minutes 4 times a day. You can move on to 2 to 3 minutes later. After 14 days, you should notice the difference: your waistline will be a lot trimmer!
