Squat jumps are some of the most effective exercises can be done without equipment and simply use your own body weight.
While regular squats are great, squat jumps offer a new take on the traditional — one that you’re definitely going to feel in your quads. Learn how to do them below!
Don’t forget to stretch and warm up before any workout! After u do the warm up routine, you can proceed to perform the jump squats (see video below)
– Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
– Start by doing a regular squat, then engage your core and jump up explosively.
– When you land, lower your body back into the squat position to complete one rep. Land as quietly as possible, which requires control.
– Do two to five sets of 10 – 15 reps.

This is the proper form of doing jump squats. Remember that this is an exercise that can be done anytime, anywhere, and can be incorporated in any workout! It will burn the fat, work your butt, core and legs.
