Your muscles are one of your best accessories and an essential part of your look, so why not dress to maximize the look of them tastefully? Whether you have bulging biceps or some toned definition, here are six ways to maximize the muscle you have.

The main reason of this article is to show you some tricks on how to look bigger,  after all that hard work in the gym! You will learn on how to fill up your muscles with water, carbs and some cheap supplements. Although I know that muscles don’t grow over night, there are some tricks that can help you boost their size in no time.

Here’s a list of easy tricks to look bigger at once!

There’s a good chance you’re dehydrated, or at least not maximally hydrated. One study in athletes reported that less than 15% of them were well hydrated. Adequate water consumption has a pretty simple effect on the muscles: it makes them fuller and bigger. If you’re not well hydrated, your muscles will likely look flat and it will appear as though you’ve lost size when all you’re really short on is liquids, not muscle.

When your body is sufficiently hydrated your muscles are filled with water and they appear big.  On the other hand, insufficient hydration results in reduced amount of water in our muscle cells and they appear flabby and smaller although no muscle mass has been lost.

One of the fastest foolproof ways to bulking up is to increase your carbs intake. This approach delivers the best results in people who don’t usually consume too much carbs, i.e. those who eat less than one gram of carbs per pound of bodyweight daily. When you consume carbohydrates, they get stored in
your muscles as glycogen — a massive amount of glucose molecules attached to each other. Glycogen pulls large amounts of water into the muscles, filling them up like water balloons.

When we consume carbohydrates, our bodies store them in the muscle cells as glycogen. One of the properties of glycogen is that it draws large quantities of water into the muscles cells, making them bigger.

Consuming carbs is not the only way to pull water into your muscle cells. This can be also achieved by consuming creatine, which performs a similar function as the glycogen in terms of hydrating the muscle cell.

Creatine is a very popular supplement. It is found naturally within our skeletal muscle tissue and has many benefits when it comes to strength and hypertrophy.

We usually consume creatine in small doses through foods such as beef; however, supplementation is required in order to experience its full potential. Essentially, creatine works by providing energy in the ATP/CP system. Creatine phosphate (CP) provides your body with a phosphate molecule, which is used to turn adenosine diphosphate (ADP) into adenosine triphosphate (ATP). This releases energy.

As a result, during short, intense exercises (e.g. weightlifting) we experience increased levels of energy. This means that through your set you will be able to push for longer and may be able to lift even more weight than you would have previously been able to.

CONCLUSION: As I already mentioned, there is no change to grow over night, you could take steroids and still not be bigger by the day. BUT: you can make your appearance bigger! Drink water, eat carbs, consume creatine. It’s as simple as that!
