How you make your bed can determine a lot about how you lie in it. And how you lie in it can say a lot about what kind of person you are. Want to know more about who you’re sharing your bed with and who’s wearing the pants in the relationship?

I’ve been caught in the act more than a few times!Love is something that can’t really be explained until you experience it yourself. There are many benefits of sleeping sideways with your partner. So, let’s first start with the cliffhanger!


Both partners sleep on opposite sides of the bed, most often facing the wall. At least one of them is right on the edge of the bed with at least one body part hanging over the side. If this only happens once in a while, it simply indicates a need for a good night’s sleep. On the other hand, if this is a permanent position, there is definitely something not quite right with the relationship. Time for a little heart to heart talk!
