Rinse it off with lukewarm water and repeat the procedure daily.
3. Turmeric and Aloe Vera. These two ingredients do wonders for your skin when combined. A 2013 study published in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Bulletin found that the compound curcumin in turmeric exhibits antimicrobial activity that inhibits acne-causing bacteria. Aloe Vera heals the skin and also has a powerful anti-acne effect. Mix one tablespoon of aloe vera gel and ½ teaspoon each of raw honey and turmeric powder to form a paste. Apply it on your back and let it do its job for at least 20 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Use it daily.
