How to do JUMPING JACKS

 

Jumping jacks are a basic structural workout that almost everyone has done as a child.

What most people don’t know is how beneficial jumping jacks can be to their heart and lungs.

If you want a healthy and functional body, you really need to incorporate JUMPING JACKS into your daily routine. This exercise will simply transform your body if you do it properly.

Let’s see how to do basic jumping jacks!

First you need to warm up a little, you can do a little jog in place, a short stretch, whatever it takes to get your blood pumping.

When you warm up you slowly increase the blood flow in your whole body and this makes the muscles more pliable. In this way you avoid injuries and you boost the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to your muscles.

 

Then, perform JUMPING JACKS (as you can see in the video below)

– Stand with your feet together and your hands down by your side.

– In one motion jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head.

– Immediately reverse that motion by jumping back to the starting position.
