– front close grips pulldowns 5 sets x 12 reps (35 sec rest)
– seated close grip cable rows 5 sets x 12 reps (35 sec rest)
– bentover one hand rows 4 sets x 15 reps (35 sec rest)
– lying on bench dumbbells rows 4 sets x 15 reps (35 sec rest)
– straight arms cable pullover 5 sets x 12 reps (35 sec rest)
– straight arm cable crossovers to hip 4 sets x 15 reps (35 sec rest)
