I know that my problem may not be taken into consideration, but this is my personal blog and I can express here all my frustrations and my personal discharges, am I right, or AM I RIGHT?!
Deci unde-i reciprocitatea frate??!
I’m facing a big problem regarding Google and YouTube. I think that only pussies can be working there, in these big corporations. It’s not possible that two of biggest corporations don’t have a public e-mail address dedicated to the contact with the customers.
This is my problem: due to the fact that Google and YouTube are jerkily linked in-between, I chose to erase my YouTube account and to create another one, with another e-mail address (not on GMail), being careful not to allow the accounts to be connected again.
It was all working fine until the moment when, due to unknown reasons, I couldn’t access anymore my newly created YouTube account. I tried to recover my password for which they automatically guided me to some useless links, for filling in some shitty forms, no use for that. They keep on saying the same thing: the YouTube account was created using a GMail address, I’m trying to explain to them that they’re morons and the e-mail account is different, GMail is not the only option in creating e-mail addresses. They sent me again on other web pages, for filling in other forms, so that after that I would get the same stupid answer and above that, stated in two different stories: the first one says that I created the account using GMail, which is absurd, when I know that the e-mail address that was used was email@example.com and the second one informs me that they can not be sure that the account that I’m trying to access is really mine, due to some information that only the real owner is able to provide.
To make it all simple, why in hell isn’t there an e-mail address where I could send them the necessary evidence that proves that the account is really mine? Is it that asking for an e-mail address represents too much for them or that the people that are working there are really that retarded that they’re afraid of answering their e-mails?
I have my respect for the gigantic Google corporation and its manner of trying to own all that’s related to the online business, but it would be really nice for Google to respect their users that helped the corporation to getting where it stands right now on the market.
So, where’s the reciprocity, dude??!
